Shadows Portrait & Quote Colin/Ice Blue
EDITION OF 15 / VIEW GALLERY TO SEE ALL TITLES
For your visual enjoyment. Colin Robinson, everyone’s favourite basement dwelling, internet trolling, office roving Energy Vampire. This is the fifth in a series of prints inspired by “What we do in the Shadows” and the fantastic dialogue captured by the documentary crew.
All prints are printed using Cranfield Caligo archival relief ink and a ‘mixed once’ colour that won’t be repeated, printed on 220gsm, smooth archival paper. These prints are on A4 paper, the print size is slightly smaller and is centred as shown. All type is added by hand, using my Imperial 200, manual typewriter which means even the type has a distinctly analogue and unique quality, dependent on how the type hits the ribbon and the paper.
Your print is not framed, allowing you to choose something which will fit the unique aesthetic of your home.
As a direct consequence of this extremely analogue way of working, each print will have small variations when pressed, depending on the paper, ink, temperature, time of day or pressure when printed. This is a wonderful quality of each print.
All prints are finished with my custom embossed makers mark and each print is numbered and signed. Your print will be lovingly packaged, firstly sealed in cellophane, then wrapped in tissue paper with a signed and embossed certificate of authenticity.
Your print is then layered between cardboard and posted flat in a padded envelope, to ensure it arrives with you as perfect as it leaves the studio.
